MY ROLE
2021 Summer School was a 13-day English immersion program that integrated courses in science and humanities with physical education, studio art, and traditional summer camp activities. We aimed to opening young minds to the joys of discovery, friendship, and global awareness.

Curriculum
Design Process
I began by planning and designing the overall structure and curriculum for the entire summer school. As recruited teachers joined the team, I collaborated with each one to design lessons using a template I created. Additionally, I recruited teaching assistants to develop supplementary class materials, including worksheets, PowerPoints, vocabulary books, and more.
A Sample Student Project: A group of students designed a crime scene and acted it out in class for other students to solve the puzzle.

Most student wrote us notes towards the end of the summer school. We could only fit a handful on a tiny board we had at the office.
